Prices and Returns

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. We try to ensure that the prices are current at all times, however we reserve the right to change the price we will charge you, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order .

We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.

Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used
Manufacturers labels and tags must be attached
If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account
We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned item
We will not charge for postage to resend out any item returned to us for an exchange

Availability

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

At busy times particular items may sell out before the website is updated. Please call to check stock and warehouse status as our website stock cannot be guaranteed.

Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

All deliveries are by Royal Mail or a courier selected by us.

We do our best to secure delivery within 7 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within this time we shall notify you immediately and try to agree an alternative date with you. If we cannot agree an alternative date,

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order by advising our Customer Services In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of return carriage must be borne by you.

If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting the cost of recovering the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

General

These Trading Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

If any of these Trading Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Trading Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, provided any contract made under these Trading Terms is capable of continuing in existence.

For items listed as "In Stock" - We try to keep this product in stock at all times, occasionally we will sell out of these items so its always worth checking on current availability as our warehouse stock cannot be guaranteed.

For items listed as "Usually available in 2-3 3-5 or 7-10 days" - This item is available for quick despatch from our suppliers (according to their latest information), the amount of days indicates how long it takes for us to receive stock from our suppliers. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery within the UK Mainland

For items listed as "Due xx/xx/xx" - Our suppliers have given us a provisional date when they expect to receive stock of items we have on back order with them
