Stock Status Guidelines

Even though we have our stock control systems in place, at busy times particular items may sell out before the website is updated. Please call 01582 842706 (Monday to Friday 9-5.30)  to check availability as our website stock cannot be guaranteed.

Our stock listings are updated Monday to Friday and appear as below

For items listed as "In Stock"  - We try to keep this product in stock at all times,

For items listed as "Usually available in 2-3 3-5 or 7-10 days" -  We do NOT have this item "In Stock", This item is available for quick despatch from our suppliers (according to their latest information), the amount of days indicates how long it takes for us to receive stock from our suppliers. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery within the UK Mainland. If this does not suit, please do not purchase the item or remove it from your basket. You may prefer to return to the site at a later date to purchase this item.

For items listed as "Due xx/xx/xx" - Our suppliers have given us a provisional date when they expect to receive stock of items we have on back order with them

UK Orders (Excluding Bikes)

Free Delivery Option is available on all UK orders excluding bikes.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service £9.99 This applies within UK mainland only, where items are in stock. Please call 01582 842706 to check warehouse status as our website stock cannot be guaranteed. Some items, due to their exceptional size or weight and some remote delivery locations will not be available for this service. This service is available Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays (some smaller items may be able to be delivered by the Royal Mail on Saturdays)

Priority Delivery Option is available for £3.49 on all UK orders excluding bikes. If you choose this option we will aim to ship your order within 3 days. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class or with our National Courier Service. Express Delivery Option can be applied to both "In Stock" items and items that "Need to be ordered from our suppliers" which are advertised on the website as "usually available in 2-3 days or 3-5 days".

Standard Delivery Option, which is Free Of Charge, is available on all UK orders. If you choose this option the delivery method will be at our discretion, in most cases we will either use Royal Mail 1st Class or with our National Courier Service. Your order may take an additional 2-7 working days to arrive.

For items where there is limited stock, customers who pay for express delivery will be given priority.

If you choose the priority delivery option, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away. The remainder of your order will go onto back order and should be despatched within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply any part of your order within this timescale the remaining items may be cancelled or we can hold the remainder of your order on the system until stock becomes available.

If you choose the free delivery option, we will aim to despatch your complete order within 5 working days, any item we are unable to despatch within this timescale you will receive notification about, the remaining items may be cancelled or we can hold the remainder of your order on the system until stock becomes available.

Additional Carriage Costs

Some items, due to their exceptional size or weight and some remote delivery locations may incur some additional carriage costs. Also Redirected Parcels may incur some additional carriage costs

All listed prices include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% where applicable.

We do not charge VAT on items sent to the Channel Islands.
