We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.

• Goods must be returned within 12 months of receipt.
• Full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 45days of receipt, thereafter Credit Notes will be issued (Extended Over the Xmas Period)
• Goods must be in original packaging.
• Goods must not be fitted or used
• Manufacturers labels and tags must be attached
• Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition
• If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account
• We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned item
• If you return something that you have found to be unsuitable or does not fit, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us
• We will not charge for postage to resend out any item returned to us for an exchange

All goods purchased have a warranty that is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased has developed a fault then please contact support@cyclesportsuk.co.uk before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned

• Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
• Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered.

We will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

• Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Goods must be in original packaging.
• Goods must not be fitted or used.
• You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value.
• We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcel Force Post for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.

You will need to pay the postage costs of your return. Please return your purchase via Royal Mail for larger parcels it may be more convenient to use a courier service.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed during busy periods; you will be notified by email when your refund has been implemented

For items listed as "In Stock"  - We try to keep this product in stock at all times.

For items listed as"Usually available for despatch in 2-3, 3-5 or 7-10 days" - We do not have this item "In Stock", This item is available for quick despatch from our suppliers (according to their latest information), the amount of days indicates how long it takes for us to receive stock from our suppliers. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery within the UK Mainland.

If this does not suit, please do not purchase the item or remove it from your basket. You may prefer to return to the site at a later date to purchase this item. For items listed as "Due xx/xx/xx" - Our suppliers have given us a provisional date when they expect to receive stock of items we have on back order with them.
