UK Orders (Excluding Bikes)

Free Delivery Option is available on all UK orders excluding bikes.

Express Delivery Option is available for £3.49 on all UK orders excluding bikes. This option, if taken, will ensure that your order is shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class ( which is not guaranteed next day ) or with our National Courier Service who do offer a next day delivery service. Express Delivery Option can be applied to both "In Stock" items and items that "Need to be ordered from our suppliers" (which are usually available in either 2-3 days or 3-5 days)

Standard Delivery Option, which is Free Of Charge, is available on all UK orders. If you choose this option the delivery method will be at our discretion, in most cases we will either use Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class or Standard Parcel. Your order may take an additional 2-5 days to arrive

For items where there is limited stock, customers who pay for express delivery will be given priority.

If you choose the express delivery option, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away. The remainder of your order will go onto back order and should be despatched within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply any part of your order within this timescale the remaining items may be cancelled or we can hold the remainder of your order on the system until stock becomes available

If you choose the free delivery option, we will aim to despatch your complete order within 5 working days, any item we are unable to despatch within this timescale you will receive notification about, the remaining items may be cancelled or we can hold the remainder of your order on the system until stock becomes available

Some items, due to their exceptional size or weight and some remote delivery locations may incur some additional carriage costs.

All listed prices include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% where applicable

At busy times particular items may sell out before the website is updated. Please call to check stock and warehouse status as our website stock cannot be guaranteed.

We do not charge VAT on items sent to the Channel Islands

Bike and Cycle Trainer Orders (UK Mainland, Ireland, British and Scottish Isles)

All bikes undergo a pre-delivery inspection and can be collected from the shop with prior notice (See Home Assembly Intructions for more details).

Bikes can be delivered to anywhere on the UK Mainland Monday to Friday for a charge of £10

Bikes can be delivered to anywhere on the UK Mainland on Saturdays for a charge of £30

For Bikes and Cycle Trainers Shipped to Northern  Ireland, British or Scottish Islands where a water crossing is involved there will be a carriage charge of £30.

For Bikes and Framesets shipped to Europe and United States it is advisable to email for an accurate quote, you will initially be charged £10 for shipping costs. Once your order has been weighed and priced we will then charge you for the balance.

We do offer a World Wide Shipping Service.

For Parts and Accessories Shipped Worldwide you will initially be charged a mandatory £10 for shipping costs. Once your order has been weighed and priced if your shipping costs exceed £10 we will then charge you for the balance. We will never charge you more than the actual shipping costs but will always charge you a minimum of £10. Should your shipping costs exceed £20 you will be notified by email.

Cycle Sports UK offer FREE SHIPPING to any destination in the Europe, USA or Canada on all orders over £250 (Excluding Bikes, Framesets and Cycle Trainers).
